Sh. Kuldeep Sharma

Born on 17th April 1987 at Village (Panga) Bijhari, Tehsil Dhatwal, District Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, to Smt. Salochana Devi and Sh. Roshan Lal Sharma. Completed matriculation from Govt. High School, Barsar, in 2002 and graduated as B.A.LL.B. (Gold Medalist) from Law College Dehradun in 2009. Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Himachal Pradesh in July 2009 and practiced before the Hon’ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh until December 2014. Completed LL.M. and M.B.A. (Finance) and qualified UGC-NET twice. Joined the Himachal Pradesh Department of Prosecution as Assistant District Attorney in December 2014 and served until June 2015. Entered the Himachal Pradesh Judicial Services on 23rd July 2015. Served as Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate (F.C.) in Sundernagar, Kangra, Shillai, Amb, and Manali from 2016 to 2024. Promoted to Senior Civil Judge-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate and transferred as Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Hamirpur, assuming charge on 21st December 2024.
