Born on 19.06.1992 to Sh. Naresh Ghai and Smt. Sangeeta Ghai in Nahan, District Sirmaur, H.P. Did Higher Secondary Education from D.A.V. Public School Bilaspur, H.P. Completed B.A. LLB (Hons) from U.I.L.S. Panjab University Chandigarh in 2015 and thereafter started practice of Law at Court Complex Nalagarh. Completed LLM from Department of Laws Panjab University Chandigarh. Qualified Nationality Eligibility Test (NET) December 2018. Thereafter, selected as Assistant District Attorney in Government of H.P. and server as such from 21.10.2019 till 28.12.2019. Qualified the Himachal Pradesh Judicial Services Examination and underwent induction training at H.P. Judicial Academy, Shimla from 03.01.2020 till 11.01.2021. On first posting assumed the charge as Civil Judge-Cum-Judicial Magistrate, Jubbal, District Shimla, H.P. on 12.01.2021 and transfer posted as Civil Judge-Cum-Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 2, Rohru, District Shimla, H.P. from 12.03.2021 to 24.12.2021. On transfer posted as Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No. 3, Hamirpur H.P. w.e.f. 27.12.2021.
