Ms. Vatsala Chaudhary

Born on 20th September, 1989 to Hon’ble Shri Justice Dharam Chand Chaudhary and Smt Promila Chaudhary at Shimla. Belongs to Village and Post Office Lohara, Tehsil Balh, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. Did Matriculation from DAV Centenary Public School, Mandi in the year 2006 and Plus two from St. Bedes College, Shimla in the year 2008. Did Bachelor’s in Technology (B.Tech) from the Institute of Engineering and Technology, Luckhnow (UP) in the year 2012. Thereafter, did L.L.B from Panjab University, Chandigarh in the year 2015 and presently pursuing L.L.M. from Kurukshetra University. Joined H.P. Judicial Services in the Cadre of Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate in the year 2016 and after undergoing induction training from H.P. Judicial Academy, Ghandal, Shimla, posted as Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate in Court No. 8, Shimla. Assumed charge as such on 11.07.2017. Remained posted as Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate in Court No. VII, Shimla. Thereafter transferred to Taluka Court Gohar, District Mandi, HP and assumed charge of Civil Judge-cum-JMFC on 29.12.2018 and transfer to Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Jhandutta on 21.04.2023. Further on transfer as Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Court No. II, Hamirpur HP and assumed charge on 25.08.2023.
